We want you to love your Bamvi pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn
How to start a return Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your items.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd prefer.
